Dengan menggunakan Route2Tip, kamu menyatakan telah membaca, memahami,
dan menyetujui Syarat & Ketentuan ini.
2. Layanan Route2Tip
Route2Tip menyediakan sarana bagi seller dan buyer untuk:
- membuat, mengelola, dan mempublish trip serta kapasitas bagasi yang tersedia;
- mencari kapasitas bagasi di Eropa dan mengirim request titipan kepada seller;
- mengelola status request antara seller dan buyer;
- melanjutkan komunikasi secara langsung, termasuk melalui WhatsApp.
Route2Tip bukan pihak pengangkut, kurir, atau perantara pembayaran.
3. Akun Seller
Seller bertanggung jawab atas kebenaran data akun, keamanan login, dan
seluruh aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui akun mereka. Seller wajib
memberikan informasi trip yang akurat dan tidak menyesatkan.
4. Tanggung Jawab Seller
Seller bertanggung jawab penuh atas:
- detail trip yang dipublish;
- keputusan menerima atau menolak request;
- komunikasi, kesepakatan, harga, pembayaran, dan serah terima dengan buyer;
- kepatuhan terhadap hukum, peraturan perjalanan, bea cukai, dan aturan maskapai yang berlaku.
5. Tanggung Jawab Buyer
Buyer bertanggung jawab penuh atas:
- informasi yang dikirim melalui request;
- isi dan legalitas barang titipan;
- komunikasi dan kesepakatan lanjutan dengan seller;
- kepatuhan atas hukum dan aturan yang berlaku terkait barang titipan.
6. Barang Terlarang dan Berisiko
Pengguna dilarang menggunakan Route2Tip untuk menawarkan, mengirim, atau
meminta pengiriman barang yang melanggar hukum, berbahaya, terlarang,
palsu, mudah meledak, atau dibatasi oleh regulasi yang berlaku.
7. Harga, Pembayaran, dan Sengketa
Route2Tip tidak memproses pembayaran dan tidak menjamin transaksi antara
seller dan buyer. Seluruh kesepakatan harga, metode pembayaran, refund,
pembatalan, dan penyelesaian sengketa dilakukan langsung antara seller dan
buyer.
8. Komunikasi di Luar Platform
Setelah request dikirim, buyer dan seller dapat melanjutkan komunikasi di
WhatsApp atau kanal lain. Route2Tip tidak bertanggung jawab atas isi
percakapan, hasil negosiasi, atau kesepakatan yang dibuat di luar platform.
Seller yang menerima data kontak buyer melalui Route2Tip wajib
menggunakannya secara terbatas hanya untuk follow-up request titipan
yang bersangkutan.
9. Konten dan Data yang Dipublish
Seller memberi izin kepada Route2Tip untuk menampilkan informasi trip yang
memang diperlukan agar buyer dapat melihat trip dan mengirim request.
10. Pembatasan Tanggung Jawab
Sejauh diizinkan hukum yang berlaku, Route2Tip tidak bertanggung jawab atas:
- kehilangan, kerusakan, keterlambatan, atau kegagalan pengiriman barang;
- pelanggaran kesepakatan antara buyer dan seller;
- isi barang titipan;
- tindakan pihak ketiga;
- gangguan teknis sementara atau keterbatasan layanan.
11. Penangguhan dan Penghapusan Akses
Route2Tip dapat membatasi, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan akses pengguna
yang diduga melanggar hukum, menyalahgunakan layanan, memberikan informasi
palsu, atau menimbulkan risiko bagi pihak lain.
12. Perubahan Layanan dan Dokumen
Kami dapat mengubah fitur, alur, maupun isi Syarat & Ketentuan ini dari
waktu ke waktu. Perubahan akan berlaku setelah versi terbaru dipublikasikan
di aplikasi atau layanan terkait.
13. Hukum yang Berlaku
Syarat & Ketentuan ini tunduk pada hukum yang berlaku sesuai yurisdiksi
operasional Route2Tip, tanpa mengesampingkan kewajiban pengguna untuk
mematuhi hukum lokal masing-masing.

By using Route2Tip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Route2Tip Service
Route2Tip provides tools for sellers and buyers to:
- create, manage, and publish trips and available baggage capacity;
- find baggage capacity in Europe and submit luggage requests to sellers;
- manage request statuses between sellers and buyers;
- continue communication directly, including through WhatsApp.
Route2Tip is not a carrier, courier, shipping company, or payment
intermediary.
3. Seller Accounts
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their account data, the
security of their login credentials, and all activity carried out
through their account. Sellers must provide accurate and non-misleading
trip information.
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are fully responsible for:
- the details of published trips;
- deciding whether to accept or reject a request;
- communication, agreements, pricing, payment, and handover arrangements with buyers;
- compliance with applicable laws, travel regulations, customs rules, and airline requirements.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are fully responsible for:
- the information submitted in their request;
- the contents and legality of the item being sent;
- any follow-up communication and agreement with the seller;
- compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the item.
6. Prohibited and Risky Items
Users must not use Route2Tip to offer, send, or request delivery of
illegal, dangerous, prohibited, counterfeit, explosive, or otherwise
restricted items under applicable regulations.
7. Pricing, Payment, and Disputes
Route2Tip does not process payments and does not guarantee
transactions between sellers and buyers. All pricing, payment method,
refund, cancellation, and dispute resolution arrangements are made
directly between the seller and the buyer.
8. Communication Outside the Platform
After a request is sent, buyers and sellers may continue
communication through WhatsApp or other channels. Route2Tip is not
responsible for the content of such conversations, negotiation
outcomes, or agreements made outside the platform.
Sellers who receive buyer contact data through Route2Tip must use it
only for follow-up related to the relevant luggage request.
9. Published Content and Data
Sellers grant Route2Tip permission to display the trip information
necessary for buyers to view the trip and submit a request.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Route2Tip is not
responsible for:
- loss, damage, delay, or failed delivery of items;
- breach of agreement between buyers and sellers;
- the contents of the items being sent;
- actions of third parties;
- temporary technical issues or service limitations.
11. Suspension and Termination of Access
Route2Tip may limit, suspend, or terminate access for users who are
suspected of violating the law, misusing the service, providing false
information, or creating risk for others.
12. Changes to the Service and Documents
We may change features, flows, or the contents of these Terms &
Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply after the latest
version is published in the app or related service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law applicable to
Route2Tip's operating jurisdiction, without affecting each user's
obligation to comply with their own local laws.
